Welcome to Colette Fulham Real Estate.  Colette Fulham Real Estate is focused on assisting urban dwellers successfully navigate their regional lifestyle transformation. I have spent 25 years setting up small farms and lifestyle properties including a horse stud. Once you experience the freedom of country living it will be difficult to return to an urban lifestyle.  I have been a licensed agent since 2017 (previous to this I successfully worked as a sub agent) I have completed hundreds of successful real estate transactions. My partner and I own property in regional Victoria.  

Background (Find out more about Colette) My background has been in small to medium business which included a Toyota franchise culminating in operating a finance brokerage for 12 years. I loved my time in finance and looked after many clients who became friends. After 12 years in finance I felt the need for change and proceeded to work in the building industry . I worked for volume and small builders gaining insight and knowledge into the requirements of domestic building. After the building industry I wanted to better understand the land development side of the process and worked as land estate manager for 2 major land estates.  

I have a rich and varied background which assists me to understand the needs of my clients and respond. Whether buying or selling it is important to feel heard and understood, I have your best interests at heart and the ability to provide a respectful and caring service. I realize I am dealing with what is primarily your most important asset!
